90-Day Limited Warranty

Plain-English summary: If your Apex Ring arrives with — or develops — a manufacturing defect within 90 days of delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund it (our choice). This warranty does not cover accidents, drops, normal wear, or damage from misuse. For accidental damage protection, add Apex Care at checkout.
1. Who Offers This Warranty
This limited warranty is offered by Apex rings LLC, 2100 US 301, Palmetto, FL 34221, United States ("Apex Rings", "we", "us"), to the original retail purchaser of an Apex Ring purchased through apexrings.com.
2. Coverage Period
Ninety (90) days from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase (order number and email) is required.
3. What Is Covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use, including:
- Cracks or structural separation occurring under normal wear
- Premature failure of the titanium finish
- Sensor failure not caused by external damage
- Battery that fails to hold a charge under normal use
4. What Is NOT Covered
The following are expressly excluded from this warranty:
- Accidental damage, drops, impact, or crushing
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, scuffs, or patina from normal use
- Loss or theft
- Damage from chemicals, chlorine, prolonged saltwater exposure, soaps, or lotions
- Damage from extreme temperatures (sauna, freezer, fire)
- Modification, attempted repair, or service by anyone other than Apex Rings
- Damage from a sizing error if the customer did not use the free sizing kit
- Use outside the product's stated specifications
- Normal battery capacity decline over time
- Any unit not purchased directly from apexrings.com (no third-party resellers)
Accidental damage may be covered separately if you purchased Apex Care.
5. How To Make A Claim
- Submit a claim at /warranty/claim with your order number, email, photos, and a description.
- Our quality team reviews every claim within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, we will instruct you to ship the unit back (we cover return shipping for approved warranty claims).
- We will repair, replace with the same or equivalent model, or refund the original purchase price — our choice — within 30 business days of receiving the returned unit.
6. Our Remedy Is Your Sole Remedy
Repair, replacement, or refund — at our sole discretion — is your exclusive remedy under this warranty. Our total liability under this warranty is capped at the original purchase price you paid for the unit.
7. Disclaimer Of Other Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. APEX RINGS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY) ARISING FROM USE OF THE PRODUCT.
Some U.S. states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.
8. Non-Transferable
This warranty covers only the original retail purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute is subject to the arbitration and class-action waiver provisions in our Terms of Service.
