1. Plan Overview

  • Term: 2 years from the delivery date of the protected ring
  • Benefit: One single-use discount code for 50% off the MSRP of a replacement ring

2. What's Covered

Accidental damage to the ring you protected, including:

  • Drops, impacts, and crushing
  • Deep scratches or finish gouges from accidental use
  • Water damage from accidents beyond normal waterproof rating

3. What's NOT Covered

  • Loss or theft
  • Intentional damage or cosmetic alteration
  • Damage caused by modification or attempted repair
  • Damage from prohibited activities listed in the product manual
  • More than one claim per plan (one-and-done)
  • Replacement of a ring different from the one protected
  • Cash value — the benefit is a discount code only

4. How The 50% Discount Is Calculated

The 50% discount is applied to the regular MSRP of the same ring you originally protected — not to any active sale price. Example: if your ring's MSRP is $100, your discount code makes the replacement $50 plus shipping and tax, even if the ring is currently on sale.

5. How To File A Claim

  1. Within 2 years of your original delivery date, submit a claim at /warranty/claim.
  2. Include your order number, email, a clear photo of the damage, and a brief description.
  3. Our quality team reviews the claim within 3–5 business days.
  4. If approved, you'll receive a single-use 50%-off discount code valid for 30 days, redeemable only on the same ring you protected.
  5. Use the code at checkout for a replacement order. Shipping and tax are paid at checkout.

6. Review & Approval

Approval is at Apex Rings' sole discretion based on the submitted photo and description. We may deny claims that show signs of intentional damage, fraud, or pattern abuse, and we may request additional evidence or return of the damaged unit before approving a claim.

7. Cancellation & Refund

You may cancel Apex Care for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided no claim has been filed. After 30 days, Apex Care is non-refundable. The plan is non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser and the specific ring it was purchased with.

8. Availability

Apex Care is currently available in the United States only, excluding the following states where additional licensing is required: California, Florida, New York, Oklahoma, Washington. If shipped to one of these states, Apex Care will be removed from your order and refunded.

9. Limitation Of Liability

Total liability under Apex Care is limited to the issuance of one (1) 50%-off discount code on the protected ring's MSRP. Apex Rings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Apex Care does not extend or replace your standard 90-day limited warranty.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

Governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes are subject to the arbitration and class-action waiver provisions in our Terms of Service.
