Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To start a return, submit a request through our online returns portal with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions by email.
- • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked, insured service.
- • Restocking fee: A 20% restocking fee is deducted from all approved refunds.
- • Condition: Rings must be returned in original packaging, unworn, and undamaged.
- • Refund timing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
Warranty
Every Apex Ring is covered by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear. Contact support with your order number to start a warranty claim.
